Unsupervised Play Area Policy
We are excited to offer a children’s play area for your child while you work out. When our play area is NOT supervised YOU are fully responsible for your child. To keep our kid area safe and fun for everyone we do have a few guidelines we would like to go over with you!
● You are responsible for making the judgement call on if your child is old enough to be in the play area without adult supervision.
● You and your child will be responsible of leaving the playroom the way you found it upon entering. Cleaning up after ourselves will be very helpful!
● We ask that there will be NO food or drinks in the play area. Water is allowed.
● The playroom MUST ALWAYS REMAIN OPEN with the child gate latched for the safety of the children.
● Please be mindful of other’s working out. If your child needs your attention or is being disruptive, please attend to them in the playroom.
● For your child’s safety do not allow children to enter the workout area during class times. For your convenience use the side exit to avoid injury or disruption of class.
● If your child is home from school due to any illness such as fever, diarrhea, vomiting, rash, or pink eye in the last 24 hours please keep your child home to stop the spread of illness.
Please keep in mind we are not a state licensed daycare. We are simply offering a safe play area for your convenience. If you are not in class your child will not be allowed in the playroom without parent consent. Following these guidelines will help keep our ladies focused on their workout and keep our playroom open.
Thank you!
Isabel
Supervised Play Area Policy
To keep our kid area safe and fun we do have a few guidelines we would like to go over with you!
● Morning classes are the only classes to guarantee adult supervision when required.
● Snacks are allowed but will not be provided. Snacks cannot be stored. Please remember to bring your child a water bottle. Water only allowed.
● Potty training toddlers: If your child is in the stages of potty training, we ask that you send an extra change of clothes. You are more than welcome to leave the items with us or bring them with you on the days they attend. You may be asked to assist your child with the restroom.
● Children in diapers: Will need wipes, diapers, and anything else that they require to change their soiled diapers. You may be asked to assist in changing your child.
● Illness: Like any other daycare/schools if your child has been running a fever, diarrhea, vomiting, rash or pink eye in the last 24 hours please keep your child home to stop the spread of illness.
*Child Care fees are to keep the maintenance of the room/All children must remain in the childcare room at all times
I have read and agree to follow the guidelines for the children's play area. By signing I agree that my children will be supervised to the best of the caregivers' abilities. I understand that this is only a play area watched by volunteers and not state licensed caregivers. I understand if any such injury may occur, I release and hold harmless claims to Fitness Instructional Training Together. I feel confident that my child will be watched to the best of their abilities.
I also agree that if my child is in the play area during unsupervised times that is my responsibility to make sure I keep an eye on my child to ensure their safety as well as pick up after my child during that time.
