ABOUT US

Fitness Instructional Training Together was founded during March 2020 while COVID commenced as well. Needing to find a way to train my clients while also social distancing and staying safe during the pandemic, we started classes online via Zoom. Once we were able to meet in person, we started our group fitness classes and from there our small gym became a community of women who were looking to make changes in their fitness journeys. Starting with 3 classes a week in a single room we quickly outgrew and needed to expand to multiple classes daily in a larger building that also allows us the space to have a children's playroom.

Now entering our fifth year, we are blessed with over 10 amazing staff members and a variety of classes. Our trainers strive to create classes that are tailored to everyone's individual fitness journey because when we say we are an all-levels gym we truly believe it. At FITogether we are women training women, so when putting together class schedules we keep in mind our bodies, how they thrive, and how they recover. Our goals for our ladies are to create healthy bodies for their future! We love that our gym is filled with women of all walks of life, all ages, and all bodies! Our trainers all come from within our membership. We believe it's important for our trainers to have been members because only then can they understand the community of the “FIT fam” and how important their training is to these ladies!

We are not a program. We are a process. FITogether is not just a gym, it makes fitness a part of your everyday lifestyle.

Small group training was essential to the vision of the gym because we wanted to keep that personal training aspect for our ladies. We are creating healthy habits for these ladies by helping them find small changes that will help them on their FIT journey. By looking at their personal goals with each woman – whether it's a short-term goal like water intake or a long-term goal like running a marathon – we want to help you achieve those goals. We strive to bring the best women's FITness to the Panhandle!
